POLICIES
1. All claims for discrepancies and damages must be made within (5) working days of receipt of merchandise. Defective merchandise due to manufacturing will be exchanged, credited to your account, or refunded
2. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. No Claim on USED GOODS.
3. Freight charges for unclaimed shipment returned to Roma Bikini Corp. will be added to customer’s next shipment plus $10.00 handling charge. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
4. All merchandise that is not in stock will be automatically backordered.
5. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
6. A minimum of $300.00 is required for first time orders. Re-orders $100.00.
